Professor of AU Business School co-authored a handbook for local governments

Professor of AU Business School Dr. Shoirahon Odilova co-authored a handbook titled “Result Based Management: Practical Guidelines for The Local State Executive Authorities”.

The purpose of this handbook is to provide guidance on how to apply the concept, principles and tools of result-based management to the local government system of Uzbekistan by researching the best practices of foreign countries in this regard.

The handbook is intended for employees of local state executive authorities such as: city and district khakimiyats, district councils of people's deputies, district finance, economy and statistics departments.

It serves as a guide for all government officials in the socio-economic chain in the field of regional development planning, monitoring and evaluation of their expecting results.
