AU Professor Dr. Rustam Turdibaev is paying a scientific visit to Portugal and Spain. During the visit to Coimbra, Portugal, he participated in the conference “Non-Associative Algebras and Related Topics II” dedicated to honoring famous Spanish mathematician Alberto Elduque on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
Dr. Turdibaev presented a talk titled “Poisson structure on the invariants of pairs of matrices” on his recent results obtained during his work at AU, which is published in the following Scopus Q1 journal in Algebra:
García-Martínez, X., Normatov, Z., Turdibaev, R. The ring of invariants of pairs of 3 × 3 matrices, Journal of Algebra, 2022, 603, pp. 201–212
Currently, Dr. Rustam Turdibaev is visiting the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, to collaborate with Professor Manuel Ladra and Xabier Garcia Martinez, who visited AU in Spring 2022. They will be working together on the structure theory of a Necklace Lie algebra and its generalizations for the study of the algebra of invariants of matrix tuples.
Dr. Rustam Turdibaev has been teaching mathematics-related courses at AU since December 2020. He got his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain in 2015.
